c-section ladies

Its been one year after my c-section and that area where the scar is is still sensitive and i feel like it is so hard and i have a hard little pouch as my lower stomach.. does anyone have the same problem?

I'm nearly 9 months pp and while my scar does not hurt it is kind of numb and the texture is "ropey". It has actually faded really well but the area feels different. I also have the "pouch" and my ob said that some women get it and unfortunately it may not go away.

my scar doesnt hurt but its still pretty numb. it has def lightened up a lot.

My is numb but only par tof the time....scar is slowly fading but its only 7 months old so I'm not expecting much. No pouch.

This is how I was 1 yr post partum. I'm now almost 2.5 yrs post C-section and had a VBAC since then. I still have the pouch and it's still "dead" feeling

oooh boy... its nice to hear some of you have the same problem...i hate this pouch, it feels like a hard muscle..

im almost 21 pp and the scar is still sometimes numb feeling and yes i have the dreaded pouch too. :( Ive tried many types of exercises but i just cant seem to get rid of it.. err

Ughhhh I'm only 3 months pp and I was also wondering when these things would go away. I guess they're not lol.
