Cheese Rave
I know, totally random lol. I tried this cheese the other day and it's absolutely fabulous and I feel like I need to tell the world! It's called Lamb Chopper and the only place I can find it at is Fairway. It's pretty  but it's seriously amazing. It's very mild, creamy, but not soft. I went to Fairway today to get it and the guy asked if I knew which cheese I wanted and when I told him, he was amazed that I knew what it was because it's his favorite and he's always telling people to try it.
Anyway, if you like cheese and want to try something different, I recommend it! And how cute is this logo?

Thanks for the rec, I want to go get some! I love another cheese by Cypress Grove, it's called Humboldt Fog and it's kind of an unusual goat cheese.
