interview- in summer
I read and heard its okay not to wear a suit in summer interview- true? nice pants, collared shirt and closed - toe- heels really okay? Its for a HR position?

I would still err on the side of wearing a suit. When I was looking for a job, I had a short-sleeved suit I wore in the summer. There is still a lot of competition out there and every little thing helps.

I would still wear one. My last interview (2 years ago) was summer and I bought a short sleeve jacket.

I agree with the other ladies. Plus when I see the position "HR" I picture someone who is generally required to wear a suit, or similar line of clothing in the role.

I would probably wear a suit if I was interviewing. It also depends on the environment. Law firm, definitely.

I would wear a suit, i would get a short sleeved button down and carry my jacket and put it on when you enter the building for your interview. I think with HR positions you need to be and look as professional as possible

I'd wear a suit. I wore a full suit to my interview last August. I had to walk across a college campus, so I carried the jacket until I was at the building.

I would wear a suit. You can never be overdressed. I think peep toes are fine but no sandals or wedges

I agree. I had an interview today, in the South and wore one. I would never consider not wearing a suit, especially based on climate. Good luck.
