Just ran a 5k!!!
I ran it really slow, it wasn't a race, just a regular run, and I know for a lot people, this isn't that impressive. But I was a total couch potato until last month; I hadn't worked out at all in over 2 years. I started c25k on June 7 and today, I planned to try and run 2.5 miles and then I just kept going! I can't believe I actually made it to 3.1. Very proud day!!

thank you! and yes, it really is amazing how fast it goes. i think if i'd known i would get this far this fast, i would've started a long time ago. 10k is definitely up next! i think i'm going to start bridge to 10k this week. i can't even believe i'm saying it though, because even the thought of that app made me tired 7 weeks ago!
