I have been away all week, not tracking my points...Should I still weigh in on Monday??

I am having such a hard time this time around on WW, and I just don't know why??
Any suggestions to get me motivated again?? TIA

i would weigh in to face the music. it may not be as bad as you think. tomorrow is a new day and you could start out fresh.. what are you having trouble with this time around

Chat Icon See what happened...and move on! The scale may go up, but you know why and you know what to change.

Re: WW Help!!!

I agree with the others. I think after a vacation, it's key to get back to the routine, and that includes weighing in. Even if you went "off" your plan during vacation -- that's to be expected, and it really shouldn't harm your weight loss efforts in the long run as long as you get back on track and don't let the vacation de-rail your weight loss efforts.

I think it's always tempting to say "oh, well, I've already had an off day (or week), may as well quit now." But for me, the key to keeping off weight long term is to be able to indulge here and there, and then get right back to whatever plan or routine you are following.

Plus, part of the benefit of weighing in with WWs is the accountability. It's usually not as bad as you think, and even if it is, you'll know and be able to develop a plan to get back to where you want to be.
