Please recommend your running shoes..
Looking to start back up into running and training for races. What running shoes are you wearing? I definitely want something with support do to past minor injuries and something with shock absorption if possible. TIA!

The best thing you can do is go to a running store and have them help you pick something out! This is what I did and I was very happy.
