Sono #2 Today ***update***
and I am so nervous. I am praying that we see a nice strong heartbeat this time. I can use every  I can get ladies.
Looks like it's over....baby didn't grow and no heartbeat. RE is checking hcg levels. This is loss #2 at this stage plus 2 chemicals in the past 16 months. RE mentioned doing a d & c to test the embryo or I could let it pass naturally. I can't even wrap my head around this...and I just feel numb.

lovenox is def a good start but since its multiple losses i would see dr. braverman in woodbury. he is the master of immune and thrombo causes of repeat miscarriage. you can check out his site www.preventmiscarriage.com . he only takes out of network insurance now though so if that doesn't work for you, you can also try SIRM in NYC, they also believe in immune and thrombo causes of pregnancy loss.
you can try a separate hemotologist or an immunologist but if it were me id stick with a doctor that specializes in these issues in regards to fertility and miscarriage.
i am sorry that you are through this.

i am so so sorry for your loss...
i def second Dr.Braverman and i also see a hemo once a month and they worked together to figure out the right dose of meds for me
again i am so so sorry

I agree about seeing Dr. Braverman! He is awesome! I just wanted to let everyone know that he is contracted with Cigna now. I live in SC, but when I was in his office last month for treatment, they billed my insurance (in network). I believe that his office manager told me that Cigna is the only in network insurance that they do though. Best wishes and I hope this helps!
