I googled ideas for my twins 1st birthday and I came across Cat in the Hat, thing 1 and thing 2 theme for a baby shower. It was so cute. Just google it. It should come up and you can get so many things for that theme.

2 peas in a pod is an option. I have 2 boys so my theme was 2 kings of the jungle and it was a jungle theme,

Instead of a theme for my sprinkle I just did a color scheme. I knew I was having girls so I kept it pink and purple.

I love the noah's ark with the baby animals because they all came two by two!
Peas in a pod is common, owls, ducks, monkeys, twin carriages etc.
On the website storkie express, there is a cute one you can customize about buns in the oven. g/l
