Phone interview
I have one tomorrow, what can I expect?
Does it mean anymore or less then an "in person" interview? Or does not matter?

Phone interview
Unfortunately, just like any interview, it depends on the interviewer. I have had 5 minute phone screens, and I have had 45 minute full on interviews. Whatever it turns out to be, good luck!
