I guess if you make pizza often! I use mine a lot because we often opt to make our own pizzas on Friday rather than ordering out!

I want to start doing that too-have a weekly pizza night. I'm just wondering if there is a difference between the pampered chef stone and a cheaper version.

I had a cheaper version and it was terrible, well at least mine was. I ended up with the PC one and I am happy.

Ours is from Williams Sonoma - I think it was $45 and we got it in store.
We use it every week for pizza and it's lasted years already!

I've heard good things about it! Just wondering if I can cook pizza on the bar pan?

We make ours in the large rectangle pan.

Re: Is the PC pizza stone worth it?
I find so many Pampered Chef items to be overpriced and mediocre quality at best (sorry if that offends any Pampered Chef folks... it's just been my experience). HOWEVER... the pizza stone is in its own league-- I love mine, and have had it for over 10 years now and it's still great. Worth every penny!

Great! How do you use it exactly? Do you put oil on it before the dough?

No. Just roll the dough onto the pan.
