Re: daily meals
Breakfast: Egg whites with veggies, turkey bacon and flaxseed toast
Snack: Organic cheese stick, fruit, almonds or a scoop of peanut butter and carrots
Lunch: Leftovers or a salad or soup
Snack: Same from above
Dinner: Whatever I put on the menu and salad
I admit it does get a bit boring, so I do try to change things up based on what I'm in the mood for or what's in season for produce.

For my mid-AM snack at work I eat oatmeal OR a rice cake with almond butter AND always 1 serving of fruit
For the other 'meal' at work I do a salad with a protein
You can also just make a sandwich and eat 1/2 and the other 1/2 later for your 2 meals.
I don't eat 2 small meals at home, however I would just divide my dinner and eat 2x! Or, eat more veggies and protein for dinner and as an evening snack fruit.
