DH and I joke about taping the paci in because he wakes up when he spits it out.
Me and DH joke about this too but god we would never even think about doing such a thing. People are crazy! What was she thinking?
ETA: First of all how can you ties your baby up like that and not think something is wrong? Second, who feeds a 4 month old peanut butter? Third she woke up at 11-- what baby sleeps until 11? 6 1/2 yrs. in prison is NOT long enough!

And it took her a HALF-HOUR to call 911???!!!!! Although I doubt it would have made a difference, especially since she slept until 11am.
That is disgusting, this type of story makes me so angry!

My crazy aunt used to tied my cousin to the crib rails so she wouldnt stand up when she was supposed to be napping.
Freaken INSANE people out there, including my aunt. No wonder my cousin has issues!

My heart breaks when I hear these stories and think how scared he must have been in his last moments.
I think of this too and it just kills me ...was he thinking "where is my mom and why is she not helping me?"

They should put globs of peanut butter in this womans mouth then before she can even swallow put the pacifier in her mouth duct tape it in there and then tie her hands down
that is so sad people like this shouldn't have kids I am sorry there are so many woman out there who want to have children and can't and then people like this just pop them out and abuse them this is so sad

I was on the phone with my mother the other day joking that someone needs to invent something to keep the pacifer in there so he doesnt cry everytime he loses it!! Who would ever tape it!
And who would ever think to tie a babies arms! How disgusting.... What a shame. It makes you wonder what some people are thinking..
I do think that some sort of parenting class should be mandatory for (young?)people having babies. I dont know if it should be for everyone or just inexperienced people but something needs to be done.
I am a young mom myself 19 and my son (7 1/2 months) also takes a pacifier and constantly drops it i too have joked about the same thing but only as a joke i absolutely agree with you about the testing actually i think it should be more of a mental evaluation on all people considering having children not just the young ones
SMH some people dont need kids
