my butt is too firm??
last year i got down to a size 4, i was very happy but knew it wouldnt last cause its hard to diet/exercise so hard ALL the time..so my weight always fluctuated and id sometimes be a 4 sometimes a 6...well lately i have been walking on the treadmill about 45 minutes per day, and my stomach has not changed much but dam my butt/back of thighs have gotten so firm and obviously my butt kinda sticks out more.... so now i go to try on all my summer capris and none of them fit!!!! its not even my tummy, its my j-lo firm a$$ that is prohibiting them from buttoning..even my bf said dam u have buns of steel now.. lol..Mind u i dont want a flabby butt and i appreciate its firmness but now my clothes dont even fit, is there anything i can do to trim the tush or i am going to hafta by the belly band which is for preggo women who can still wear pre-preggo pants

Actually Michelle, you are not weird.
Since I started weight lifiting I have noticed kinda the same thing.
My waist is thinner but my but is more firm and I guess bigger. My pants are loose around my waist, but tighter around my but.
I am not really sure what to tell you.

I have the same issue
before I started working out so hard core- I could SQUEEZE myself into smaller sizes
now that I am all hard and muscular- it's harder to squeeze
but I look better

I don't get that with my butt...but my legs get huge. I get what I call "gymnast legs".
I would always work my legs and then could never fit into my jeans.
Now I've started a new workout and am actually getting a butt...

omg so funny u mention that, i just said to my mom, wow my skirts fit so much better!!! I guess i wont be wearing pants for awhile

Oh, what a pain in the butt a firm butt is!!!!! The same thing happens to me. My pants fit differently because my butt is sitting higher. I just use it as an excuse to do some shopping.
