jedediah hawkins inn ($$$)
country inn at jamesport (very affordable, and right in the middle of all the wineries)

Greenport Resort Condos
I don't remember the town, but I've stayed at the Harvest Inn. It's right out there by the wineries.

We stayed at the harbor front inn in the spring Our room was overlooking the water between green port and shelter island. It was walking distance to the brewery and several restaurants. We loved it!
