need cupcake ideas!
we are hosting a baby shower for some friends at the end of october, and i will be making some cupcakes to go along with a traditional baby shower cake. since we're getting a traditional cake, i want to do some unusual cupcakes. my dh came up with the idea to do one "colombian" cupcake and one "indian" cupcake since the mom to be is from colombia and the dad to be is from india. any ideas on what flavors or recipes i should use for each?

I always think of Colombian coffee, so maybe coffee or mocha flavored cupcakes.
I would think about certain spices/spice combos for the Indian cupcake... cardamom? chai?
