Would you stay at a haunted inn?
DH and I just booked reservations at an inn that is supposedly haunted. The reports are all of friendly spirits, but there are quite a few reports.
Would you stay at a haunted inn, hotel, etc.? Just curious what people's thoughts are! When I told my friends, they all freaked out.

I'm interested in this type of thing, but I don't think I could knowingly stay.
On our honeymoon, we stayed at a hotel and I kept saying to DH that I felt like someone was watching me constantly when I was in the room. It was just a feeling I had.
6 months later, we saw an article that said that this particular hotel was found to be built on an old burial ground and they had just found out.
It was just an unnerving experience, and I couldn't relax. Knowing how I felt when i didn't know it was haunted I think I would constantly be looking for things to happen if I did know a place was haunted. I still wouldn't be able to relax.

That sounds so cool but I'm a huge baby when it comes to stuff like that. I couldn't handle it but please post about your experience when you get back!

Yes - I've actually always wanted to stay at a place like that! I just wouldn't bring my kids with me

YES!!! When I go to England I purposely book them or go to the taverns/pubs that are said to be haunted!!!
Is this inn in Long Island???

ABSOLUTELY!!
We went to NOLA for our anniversary and staying at a haunted hotel was the deciding factor for me in picking a hotel!! I purposely stood there and would look for ghosts or unusual things occurring. I'm sorry to say that nothing crazy happened and no hitchhiking ghosts followed us home, but I would TOTALLY do it again!
