The other day I threw in some chicken breasts (on the bone) with frozen spinach and stewed tomatoes....a little salt and pepper. Served it over pasta with a little mozzarella cheese sprinkled over it.

I make a roasted chicken--I put celery, carrots and baby red potatoes on the bottom of the crockpot then I put the chicken on top of that. I pour a little chicken stock over everything then I season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, onions and parsley. We really like this one!

Fave crockpot meal for chicken breast that has NO canned soups?
Chicken breasts and carrots with one large bottle of salad dressing is SO GOOD. Serve over rice.
Also, this is a family favorite. It is out of control delicious.
4-6 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts (about 40 ounces)
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 can/jar roasted red peppers
1 medium onion thinly sliced (Not chopped)
4 garlic cloves
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp each: dried oregano, basil, and rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
ground black pepper and salt to taste
Directions
Pour the olive oil on bottom of slow cooker, add chicken breasts, salt and pepper each breast, put sliced onion on top of chicken then put in all the dried herbs and garlic cloves. Pour in vinegar and top with tomatoes and red peppers.
Cook on high 4 hours, serve over angel hair pasta.

Check out Skinnytaste. I like the sante fe chicken and there's a buffalo chicken recipe. I'm sure there are others and I've never seen a recipe with cream soup on there.

I pretty much eye everything. I used like 5 chicken breasts and cubed them. 1 Onion, 4 potatoes, 2 tomatoes, half a bag of the baby carrots, maybe a 1/2 cup white wine, can of chik broth, and threw in the spices.

I Make Chicken Cacciatore
I use 6-8 chicken thighs with skin on. season salt and pepper and brown both sides olive oil. then i add them to crockpot and add cut up carrots, peppers, potatoes- , diced garlic, mushrooms,onions, a can of stewed tomatoes and a 16 oz can of tomato sauce. cook on low 6-7 hrs.. its sooo good falling off the bone

DH loved Crockin Girls Stupid (easy) chicken. Waldbaums carries the soup mix.
Pulled buffalo chicken is another good one.
