Great deal on Kettlebell bootcamp UPDATE
Crossfit Pace Performance is having a six week kettlebell bootcamp on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 or $50~~~
That is an unbeatable price. I have been working with Lenny, the trainer , for two and a half months but only recently started learning Kettlebells from him. Today was our 5th session and not only did I complete one of the most difficult things to master with kettlebells, but he had me throwing them around in almost a juggling type manner. It was not only tons of fun but a great workout.
If you ever wanted to try this! do it NOW!

ALso, you can pick and choose the classes you go to and pay $10 per class.
