Painter Rave
Not sure what haven't been said already about Willy the painter (631)835-4477, but he just finished painting our brand new basement and main bathroom. He was outstanding, reliable, showed up on time every day and we're very happy with the work that he did and will definitely be using him again!

How long did you have to wait for him? We received an estimate from him, now I'm just waiting to hear when he can come.

We waited about a week, I think we were pretty lucky with the wait and he gave us an estimate in person.

hmm, I've been waiting almost 2 months.
That's why I asked when you got your estimate...
He gave us an estimate (in person) in mid-August. We told him we'd use him and he said he was finishing a big job and wasn't sure exactly when he could squeeze us in, but it would be by the end of Sept. Guess he forgot about us... I called him last week to see what happened, and he said he'd get it done in the next 2-3 weeks.

His Dad passed away and he went to Ireland for two weeks.....I know he fell behind because of that. :(

We really liked Willy too. Not a bad thing to say. We waited 4-6 weeks I think. I think it depends on the amount of work you have. We had a decent amount.

I had another Willie come to my house and do carpenter/handyman stuff and he was great and told me he paints. I don't think these are the same guys.
