Anyone find it very sureal?
My girls will be here in 3 weeks or less. Everything is pretty much ready for them here. We have a nursery, baby stuff set up all over the house, carseats in my car- yet I just can't believe that in we will have 2 newborns here soon. Nevermind that we will have to figure out how to take care of them, just that our lives will never be the same. It still doesn't seem real, but I know it it will get very real once they are here

Anyone find it very sureal?
Shortly before my first was born, I felt the exact same way. I remember watching tv with DH and saying in just a few weeks, there will be a little baby with us right here. In many ways, I just couldn't fathom it, yet was so excited. Even when we got to the hospital it was surreal. I remember the dr confirming I was in labor, and saying this is it, you checked in as one, and you'll be going home as 2 (referring to just me since I was the preggo one). Then when he said it was time to push, DH and I just looked at each other and started tearing up--it was still kind of surreal that in a few moments I would be holding my daughter. But, from the second I held her, it was natural, amazing, and I could no longer comprehend life without her. Enjoy!! Everything about this time is super special.

Re: Anyone find it very sureal?
4 days passed my EDD and I have to say I feel this way more and more everyday. I can't wait to hold her but at the same time I think of how life is going to change as well. Still can't wait.

Anyone find it very sureal?
My csection is scheduled for tomorrow morning and I'm finding it to be extremely surreal! I can't believe that by this time tomorrow I'll be holding my little girl in my arms instead of feeling her moving around in my belly. The next few weeks will fly by for you, I know the past few have really flown for me!

Yup I know exactly how you feel. I still have 13 more weeks until my EDD; but it's so crazy to think that in just 3 months (or less) I'll have a baby! I'll be a Mom and will have a child to take care of! Very surreal!

This made me cry too! Damn preggo hormones! I am still very early in this journey but I find it SO SO hard to believe its real. I am so excited and so scared that I find myself trying to convince myself that its in fact reality. Such an exciting tme!

Re: Anyone find it very sureal?
Every emotion overcomes me everyday
I am still in shock after everything we went through it is almost time for us
Maybe it will feel real when I am in the opearing room
It is a feeling I will never ever forget or take for granted and remind myself all the time how lucky I am to feel it but deep down I am always a IF girl waiting for the other shoe to drop

It's completely surreal. I just turned to DH and said "I have 16 weeks left..." and it seems like such a short period of time!
