People always find the time to complain, so I wanted to make sure I took the time to write this compliment for really great customer service...

The thought of selling our co-op in this economy was daunting, but now that the deal is closed I have to take the time to write a review for Christine Braun. She was AMAZING every step of the way. I was 9 months pregnant with twins when she met me at the apartment for our initial consultation at a weird hour that coincided with my crazy doctors schedule that week. She came prepared with comps and a binder full of realistic information for my husband and I. We had a lot of questions, given our less than ideal situation - we had bought our co-op at the height of the market a few years ago and had to sell it in this depressed market. She was incredibly knowledgeable and had detailed and easy to understand answers to our millions of questions. She’s a former lawyer which I also felt helped us because we had a lot of negotiations to go through and many interactions with the lawyers on both sides. From the second we put the place on the market, she was incredibly honest with us and helped us every step of the way. We were worried that we would have no showings – yet pleasantly surprised that she had 5 lined up within the first 2 days of it being listed. We had multiple offers after the first weekend and our accepted offer went to contract within a week of signing with Christine! There was a lot of back and forth with our buyers and the co-op board and she handled every last detail for us perfectly. With two babies at home I was not as organized as I normally would have been, but I knew it was in good hands and was able to relinquish control. I couldn’t make it to the walk through because of a last minute work scheduling issue and she showed up in my place. We had 2 potential deals in the works and she gave us very sound advice to help look at a different point of view regarding the offer that was for slightly more money. It worked out for the best in the end and I think her experience is to thanks for that. She was very accessible through text and email and kept us apprised of every detail. Even after the deal closed she touched base with me two times to see how we were doing and make sure we didn’t have any additional problems with our buyers. My husband, who is not easily impressed, said that when we go to sell our house in a few years we will definitely be using Christine. If you knew my husband, you’d know that that is the highest compliment! If you have any questions, feel free to FM, but in the meantime, I recommend her without reservation. :) Hope that helps!

I would have to agree 100%. From a different perspective, as a real estate attorney, I have dealt with Christine on a number of transactions. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and detail oriented. I would also highly recommend her, and have to both family and friends.
