How do you deal with drama?

I work in an office of all women.

Who fit every negative stereotype about women imaginable.



Lately it's getting out of control though.

I know I should not take it personally, but it's hard not to when you are getting comments such as

"It's nothing personal but I really wish you would stop doing your job that you were hired to do".

Note: Leaving is not really an immediate option for me right now.

Does anyone else work in a similar environment?

How do you deal? (Or not ).

P.S. I don't want to vent to my boss because he's a guy and has absolutely no patience for my co-workers.
