Email contact with your RE?
Does your IVF clinic offer email contact with your RN and or RE? And do they respond in a timely fashion? Please also mention which doctor you have that supports email contact :)

I was with Dr.Braverman for years and he emailed back right away. His nurse Sandra on the other hand.. Well.. Lets just say I'm STILL waiting on a response from multiple emails in September.

Email contact with your RE?
My drs office does a lot by email. I've corresponded with everybody from the RE's to the nurses to the billing person via email. They are all responsive (always within a day) and always kind. I'm with SIRM NYC.

Both my RE and IVF nurse respond to email. My RE has returned emails on the weekends and during the evening hours, usually within an hour or so. My IVF nurse responds during her normal business hours but almost always returns emails the same day.
My RE is Dr. Pena and my IVF nurse is Karen.

I used Dr. Braverman also and he was always very good with answering emails.

Email contact with your RE?
Dr. Zapantis is great with email. He sometimes just calls me right away after he receives the email. Also, he gives all of his patients his cell phone number. He delivers incredible one-on-one contact and you always deal with him. He is the one who calls with all test results, etc. His practice is his own practice called New York Reproductive Wellness.

Yeah...in fact I thought it was always sooo much easier to eMail them than to call...get the assistant and have him call me back. I've text'd with my RE too. That was awesome.
