Curious to know how other pull out teachers are being evaluated this year...

I teach ESL in an elementary school. I have been given different answers regarding which tests I will be connected to (and what percentage each test will count as). I will definitely be connected to the NYSESLAT but things get a little sketchy after that. I teach in a 1-4 building and teach each grade. I will need to create SLOs for grades 1-3. The 4th grade ELA state test will be linked to me somehow. There are 3 ESL teachers in my building and we share students. We will find out more during our superintendent's conference day in November. I feel like we're learning the rules to a game after we started playing. Does anyone else feel lost like me?
