God Awful taste in my mouth- sinus infection?
I had a bit of a head cold late last week and am still dealing with the residuals of it.
Today I have this horrible taste in my mouth and I am not sure what it is.
Could it be a sinus infection? I don't feel like I have a sinus infection though, no pain in my sinuses, no fever, no general lousy feeling like last time I had one.
Or maybe it's just a post nasal drip?
Either way it's nasty. Anything I can do for it?

I just had a bad cold, not a sinus infection and also had the bad taste in my mouth.

I get that from post nasal drip. Have you tried nasal irrigation once or twice a day? That should help.
