Summer video monitor frozen on pic
Hi. My monitor is frozen on a pic of my so. None of the buttons work to turn it off or anything. What can I do? Can I just get a new monitor at bru?

Take out the battery and put it back in...mine used to do this. If it is less than a year old call Summer Infant and they'll send you a new one.

thanks, its older than a year but I would always invest in a new monitor piece if necessary.

If it is older than a year, they will make you buy a whole new model. They don't sell parts. They will give you a loyalty price for the new system though- about 1/2 off the BRU price. We ended up just upgrading our model and got 1/2 off the new system.

i was having this problem a lot..and they sent me a new one....i did have it for 6 months though... good luck
