ADVICE please (update)
This is my 2nd month TTC. I went off BCP 7 months ago and have had exactly a 31 day cycle each month. I am now at day 36 (4 days late). I just recently tested again and got a BFN. I would say my stress level has been pretty normal, I've actually stayed relatively calm during the 2WW and am only now going crazy with the uncertainty of what's going on.
Please give me all the GOOD, BAD, and the UGLY of what could possibly be going on here...I would appreciate any feedback you could give right now. That last BFN from an hour ago still has me pretty upset. Ugh, this TTC stuff stinks.
Thanks in advance for all your help.
(UPDATE) Thank you for all your comments, they were very helpful and kept me calm. However, AF did arrive this morning I'm somewhat relieved to finally have an answer and can at least now get ready to start all over again.

Re: ADVICE please
It's very normal to have a longer or shorter month here and there. If you're only 4 days late right now, I don't think there's anything to worry about. You probably just ovulated a little later than usual - which can happen and not mean that anything is wrong. Give it a few more days.

ADVICE please
Just wanted to share that I was 18 DPO when a blood test detected I was pregnant even though my urine test was negative. You're not out until AF shows! Best wishes for positive results in your near future.

Re: ADVICE please
I had been having regular 25 or 26 days cycles since my DS was born 17 months ago, and then out of the blue last month I had a 30 day cycle. It drove me nuts seeing BFNs and no AF several days in a row. TTC can really mess everything up.
Give it a few more days and then call your doc.
