Charting
I bought TCOYF and started browsing through it yesterday. If I do not get a BFP this month I am going to begin Temping. Once you chart your temps how do you know when you ovulate. I think it said when you temps rise you have already ovulated. I am confused. This TTC stuff is for the birds

After a few months of charting, if you have regular cycles, you'll know when your temps are about to go up. Also look for CM (when it's eggwhite and long and stretchy you're about to ovulate).
