Therapist
Has anyone seen a therapist, etc. that specialized in losses or was just really great at dealing with losses? I am doing so much better, but I feel like I need to talk to someone who can help me deal with my emotions. I'm in mid-Suffolk, but will travel within Suffolk for someone. Thanks!

I do! It has helped me so much! I had my miscarriage in june and have been seeing my therapist ever since. My doctor recommend it, and it's helps so much!

I know of a therapist in Smithtown whose name is Michelle Button. She deals with women who have had losses and women who suffer from post partum. I joined a moms group with her last April and she is a real sweetheart. She conceived both of her sons through IVF so she also has in depth experience with infertility.

Yes and it was the best decision I've made all year. I kept suffering in waves and now I have truly come to terms with everything and have hope for the future. My only regret is that I wish I sought help sooner. Good luck
