I know you had your twin babies not too long ago, but did not see much of an update on how you and they are doing? If you want to stay private I understand, just thought maybe I missed it? I hope you are feeling much much better and that things are going well with your little loves!

I'm sorry I haven't updated or responded to fms in a while!
Not purposely staying private....just feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, & sometimes depressed & traumatized.
I *AM* improving though - mostly physically due to my chiropractor.
Mentally/ emotionally will take a lot longer, I'm afraid.
Now that DH is back at work, it's much harder to keep up w/my rehab.
The babies are great overall. Just minor issues like spitting up a lot/ gas pains..,,but that's been time consuming also.
Moved the babies briefly to my cousin's during blackout. Just trying to get back on track.
How are YOU all doing???
ETA: this post GREATLY helps w/the depression/anxiety! Thank you so much again!

Hi there,
Glad to hear you are doing a bit better, even if progress is slow, you are getting there. Keep up the good work, the exhaustion must be very tough with two little ones while dealing with emotional stress/depresssion, but I am sure they keep you going.
Please reach out if you are having a bad day and just need to vent. I know we are strangers, but sometimes those are the best people to vent too...Plus us twin/multiple mommas have to stick together and support each other.
Hoping you continue to do better..and post pics!!

Congratulations!!! Happy to hear you are doing ok! It is a massive adjustment having twins. We've all been there. But hang in there, it does get better!
I haven't been on much AT ALL. Between hurricane/power outage plus life, it has just been crazy busy here.
Share some pics of your little munchkins soon!
