Great Idea for leftovers on Thanksgiving...
I can't take credit because I read it somewhere a few months ago but, we will be trying it this year.
Buy a few extra pie crusts (in the pan) and some of the roll out frozen ones.
When you are cleaning up pile everything into the crusts.. veggies, mashed potatoes, yams, turkey, gravy and stuffing. Toss the rolled out crust on top.. crimp the edges and put it in the fridge. Bake it Friday and you have leftover turkey day pie!

Great Idea for leftovers on Thanksgiving...
not knowing what it was - i was going to say make a turkey pot pie!
I also take the "turkey pot pie" filing and top a baked potatoe with it.
