666 Park Avenue, Last Resort and Partners Cancelled
ABC has decided to cancel Freshman dramas Last Resort and 666 Park Avenue, while CBS has made the decision to end their comedy show Partners.
The ABC network chose to end Last Resort and 666 Park Avenue, despite picking up two addition scripts for the both series. It has not been decided what will air in place of both series, since the network has not announced its midseason lineup yet.
The network has comedies How to Live With Your Parents (for the Rest of Your Life) and Family Tools scheduled for midseason, while picking up full-season orders for Nashville, The Neighbors, and Scandal.
CBS decided to pull the plug on Partners after the show hit a series low (1.8 18-49 rating) on Monday.
Partners was the only new comedy introduced by the network this fall. Friend Me is scheduled to come on during midseason. Though Partners was cancelled, CBS has given full-season orders to dramas Elementary and Vegas.

Partners had/has some great lines but all of the actors are so stiff!

God when I think off the marketing budget that 666 must have had, that show was sooooo hyped up before it came on, there were commercials every five seconds. I never watched it but just remember all the advertising.
Sooooooooooo bummed about Last Resort. I *knew* it was coming, it wasn't that strong a show, but I still liked it. And I LOOOOOOOOOVED seeing Scott Speedman back onscreen again.

666 was terrible...I stopped after the first episode.
I really liked 'Last Resort' and looked forward to it on Thursday's. ABC is so notorious for canceling good shows...Lipstick Jungle anyone...grrrrr,,,

My friend posted this yesterday on her fb page. I liked 666 park ave - I didn't love it but I liked it better than other things out now. I watched it mainly though bc I had a friend who was in several episodes. I wanted to like last resort buy it just didn't hold my attention. Never saw partners so I can't comment. I wish they would have ditched Nashville. I wanted to like it but stopped watching about 2 episodes ago and many I have spoken to don't love it either.
Honest I don't really love too much on these days. I loved American Horror Story last season but not liking it as much this time around.
