Shakeolgy

I have lost 143 lbs in about 18 months have about another 45 lbs. Has anyone tried shakeolgy . They are expensive not know if they are worth it. You can only buy them online p,ease advise

I have used it and I liked it as well.

I love the Chocolate. I add a frozen banana, ice, almond milk and peanut butter and it keeps me full forever. I have a hard time finishing it and it tastes like a FUDGSICLE! I also have the tropical strawberry one (I think that's what it is called) and I don't like it nearly as much. I sort of have to force it down, lol.

It is a little pricey, but I really like it, so it's worth it to me!

I used it in conjunction with My Fitness Pal for calorie tracking. HTH

I LOVED the first batch I bought in August- it gave me energy, decreased my cravings and tasted GREAT! Then I received my second bag...ugh, what a disappointment! They changed the formula around and it's awful! If you look it up, many people are complaining that they want the old one back but it looks like this new formula is here to stay.
