St. Maarten?
We are going in a few weeks and staying for one week. Are there any must do sights? I am thinking of taking a catamaran to Anguilla for a day trip and visiting the Butterfly Farm. I want to do a lot of beach time but don't want to miss out on any great sights. Any recommended restaurants?

We did power snorkeling on Orient Beach!!! The beach is amazing in itself!!!
