Has anyone gone to Barefoot Yoga in Bayshore
I am finally making the move and joining a yoga studio. I need to do it for many different reasons and now I am just trying to choose one. I will take a class at a few near me to see what I like but this barefoot ine seemed great on the website. Its on the cheaper end qnd is close to home. Any input?
My other top contender is Lotus Yoga in East Islip. Bit more price TIA

I don't know anything about those studios but maybe you can find a studio that has unlimited memberships. It drastically cuts down on cost if you go at least 3-4x a week.
I was doing unlimited monthly at mine and then this past year I did the unlimited yearly which saved me about $800 for the year.
The owner was great and put it on hold for me because I haven't been able to go since the hurricane.
My studio also offers unlimited classes for 10 days straight for $20 to see if you are willing to make the committment and buy another package if you like it.
I practice Bikram and I know this style is not for everyone though.
Another option to look into, if offered, if cost is an issue, is doing a work study. You volunteer to clean the studio and check in students for a couple of hours a week and can get free classes in turn.
Or just studio hop to get free unlimited classes ;).
