Naptime and Lunch
DC used to nap from 11-2. Nap is now getting later and later and tends to be from 12-2:30/3. I used to give him lunch after his nap but it seems to late now. Would you give lunch before the nap?

we were in the same boat. as nap moved later (now 130-430 at 2.5 years old) we do lunch first! I think he also sleeps better with a full belly.

We do lunch before nap at 12 and then around 3 we do milk and a light snack.
