Hot Sauce
Anyone really into hot sauce? I am not talking Frank's Red Hot type sauces, but really extreme heat sauces? DH and I are such hot sauce junkies, half our refrigerator is filled with different bottles of sauce.We put it on everything, it's ridiculous. It's about flavor too, not just heat. Anyone have a sauce they love??
Anyone make their own? Share some recipes.

Hot Sauce
When we make wings we use crystals then we break up the hot vinegar peppers all over the wings (we use other ingredients as well but this is for the spice), they come out soooo good and spicy!!!

Mmmm sounds good!
And I do like sriracha. I use it with sushi, but it's just not hot enough for me, lol... But it's good flavor.

We use the sriacha sauce and piri piri. Not all the time, but we do enjoy those!

DH is a total hot sauce junkie, I love hot sauce too but my mouth can't handle the heat. It's a shame because I LOVE the flavor but the heat is too much. I can eat spicier things than I used to so maybe I can build up more of a tolerance?

Hot Sauce
I'm so bad with hot sauces that I've bought some different peppers online from ethnic markets, and made my own sauces in the bullet.
Jamaican scotch bonnet peppers and Rocoto from Peru.
Both were very good.
