Smoothies
I recently got my BFP and I would like to make some healthy shakes for extra vitamins... Does anyone have any healthy recipes?

Re: Smoothies
Spinach or kale with pineapple. You could also add celery or apples. Also add chia seeds for extra omega 3's.

I am having spinach, cucumber, a few baby carrots, celery, a small pear, half an apple, a few almonds and some frozen strawberries right now, its delish! I add a very little flax seed powder and sometimes instead of adding water to blend I will add coconut water. its good for hydration

My son loves smoothies. We use yogurt, fresh fruit - usually strawberries, bananas, and blueberries - those are his favs and always in my fridge. Sometimes apples, peaches, and/or pineapple gets thrown in. Then I usually put some carrots and fresh baby spinach leaves if I have them. I sometimes throw in a little ground flaxseed too. Blend it all with ice and its delicious!!!
