Croxleys and Buffalo Wild Wings are the 2 best IMO. I have yet to try hurricane and I didn't know Uncle Giuseppe's had wings! That's exciting!

Yes, every Sunday when football is on, they have different wings set up on a table. My DH loves them. Then you can always buy them anytime behind the counter.

DH and I always order our wings naked and well done to keep them crisp and then get a bunch if sauces on the side.

TR's in Williston Park. Best ever. They used to even sell their sauce in supermarkets.
Given that you're in Mineola, it's perfect. Of course, I'd tell you to go there if you lived in Greenport, too.

The cornerstone bar in mi eola has the best wings and I'm pretty sure they do take out.
