Commack and the JCC
We are moving to the commack, dix hills, melville area and I need to find a new day care for my daughter before we move.
Does anyone know anything about the JCC? good or bad please! Where does anyone send their kids??
I'm also in need of a pediatrician too. Any suggestions???
Which school district is better, anyone know? We are deciding between Half Hollow Hills and Commack.
any suggestions on neighborhoods too look in for houses??

both school districts are good although Commack is ranked higher, you can look that up though for the exact rankings
I have a couple of friends who send their kids to the JCC and they love it

Good luck on your home search! We live in East Northport, but in the Commack School District (Ketay area), and we absolutely love it here! Great neighbors/great neighborhood!
My friend uses the JCC daycare and likes it a lot - she's had 3 kids go through. (We have daycare through my DH's job at CA.)
My little guy is too small for the schools (he's turning one in January), but I've heard good things about the district from my neighbors.

ETA: my son goes to Huntington Medical Group and we've been very happy with their peds dept.

I've heard many good things about JCC & know many who send there kids there. Never heard a thing bad.

Commack and the JCC
my dd goes to the jcc for aftercare. it's a good program. i know a lot of people in my area who send their kids to the JCC as well. We are commack schools and I have been quite pleased with the attention that they have given us.

I worked at the JCC years ago, have only good things to say (but again it was long ago). Both Commack and HHH are awesome districts, can't go wrong with either!

DS goes there for aftercare too...I wonder if they know each other
