7th.......
but inside is coming down this saturday because otherwise I wont be able to fit 30 people in my house this weekend.

Whenever we feel like it and have time to 
exactly this. For me its whenever I have time which turned out to be this past weekend when I had 4 days off from my job otherwise it probably would have been this upcoming weekend.

Not until the weekend after the Epiphany. However, I don't put my decorations up until mid December. I celebrate the 12 days of Christmas including gifts on little Christmas.

I used to wait until after NYD, but this year the interior decor was put away on the 28th. DH took the outside stuff down on NYD.
