Pediatric dentist in Nassau?
Looking for recommendations for a pediatric dentist in Nassau (preferably west/ north Nassau). My son is almost 3 and we have yet to take him to a dentist  . We really need to get on it. I was all set on going to kiddsmiles, but then I looked on their website and they don't accept our insurance (Aetna DMO), so I need someone else. Any recommendations? TIA!

Pediatric dentist in Nassau?
Did you call them incase the website isn't up to date? Does your insurance co have a Dr locator that says who is or isn't covered?

Same here. I was going to take DS there too and they don't accept our insurance either.. I am looking at another place in Merrick. I can't think of the name right now!

I actually came upon her website while I was searching and she seemed good. I sent them a message today to find out if they take our insurance. Thanks for the rec!

That Broadway Smile is excellent. They are in Massapequa right off SS. Hey take a lot of different insurances.

Pediatric dentist in Nassau?
We use dr Josen at kid island dental in Hicksville. He is wonderful! My son loves him. I wish I could go to him too.! We have Aetna too and we have not had a problem.

We also have Aetna DMO. I don't think they have any pediatric dentists on their plan.
I took DS to a pediatric dentist, Dr. Jodi Guttenberg in RVC and paid out of pocket. It was only $157 for the cleaning and check.

Pediatric dentist in Nassau?
M, try That Broadway Smile. They may take your insurance but if they don't, they are always running specials and such. I took Mia there 6-7 months ago and it was like $50ish dollars. It is SOOOOOOOOO kid friendly, they have tvs on the ceiling while they are in the chair, a movie theatre, popcorn (kinda defeats the purpose IMO but whatever gets the kids comfy I"m sure), playstations (or xbox's I forget). They go over every instrument with the kids that will be used. They take pictures, give a balloon and something else when it's over. Such a great experience.
