Contemporary Womens Care in Smithtown...........they are wonderful!!Particularly Dr Joyce Rubin who is more my friend then Dr. I love her

Im planning on switching to him...
Dr. O'Keefe (Stony Brook OBGYN) in steauket... is my current DR, and is who delivered Ryan... and while I never had any real issues (except for the fact that one time while I was pg. I had to call the ER line and he never called me back ) a friend of mine, was switching there, and I hate the way they treated her... so my whole image of them changed...
Dr. Ninia is her current DR.- and Ive gone to a couple of her apt.s and I just adore EVERYONE there....
He is who Ill be seeing the next time- I need a visit!

I now see Dr Blyzack. He delivered Hayley when my ex-OB Dr Patton was not on call that weekend. I had never seen him before and he came in, examined me and said I had to have an emergency c-section. He made me feel so comfortable I looked at DH and said, he will be my new OBGYN. The other Dr in the practice is Dr Arato, he came to discharge me from the hospital; he is also very nice.

I have Dr. O'keefe and I love him! The practice has been wonderful to me and I had a very difficult pregnancy.
Sorry you had a bad expierence! I know so many people who go to him and have had no problems. 
I used to go to Dr. Marion in Stony Brook and had a bad expierence with her and her practice. But I know people who go to her and love her.

Dr Blyzack delivered my DD he is very nice...I always see Dr. Arato, I think he is GREAT!

I used to see Dr. Griffin in the Stonybrook OB-GYN practice.. now that I moved to CT I need someone new..... I did like him very much... not to hijack the thread, but if anyone knows of a good ob-gyn here in CT, please let me know!!

Dr Steven Goldman at Oakdale OBGYN, but Dr Allen Toles at WHCC delivered my boys since I had to have them at LIJ. They both are the nicest men alive and I would highly recommend either one of them.

Dr. David Bergman - Women's Health Professionals in Great Neck.
OMG! He is AMAZING! He is a high risk doctor, so if anyone out there needs one he is THE BEST!
eta: I ended up with a c-section after a week of predonal labor and 4+ hours of pitocin. He was so amazing that I drove from Monroe (an hour and a half each way) to see him and have him deliver my DD. I have NO regrets, all of the driving was so worth it. I was up and walking around by night number two in the hospital and was off my pain meds within a week. I am convinced it is because I had a wonderful doctor/surgeon for my c-section.

Dr. Sarah Schwartz in West Islip. I am very happy with her. She was in the South Bay OBGYN group, and I did not like it there so I followed her when she left.

I heard great things about her but a friend of the family was seeing her and I heard she just dropped all of her OB patients because of some insurance problems. She is only doing GYN now.
