My babygirl has arrived!
So we welcomed our  Gabriella Rosa on Jan 26 at 10:30am. She was born at 7lbs 8oz and 20 1/2 in long.
My water broke as I walked into the door from work. Thankfully not at work or in the car! I was admitted into the hospital around 5pm Friday and was only 1cm dialted. My contractions got worse at night and once I got the epi I was able to semi relax. By 7am I was only progressed to 3cm so they decided to start pitocen at 8:45am. I was 10cm by 10:15am, and after 10 mins of pushing Gabriella came into the world. The doctors weren't even fully dressed as she was coming out!
LIJ was wonderful and every nurse I encountered during my stay was great! It was really like a hotel and everyone could not believe how nice the hospital was.
Love has a whole new meaning now!
