Affordable Rental Needed in Amittyville area

I don't know what their definition of affordable is and I am not sure if complex living is for them, but I know there is a complex on Carmen's Rd across from the middle school which is on the border of Massapequa/Amityville.

Southpoint is the name.

I knew someone who lived in a 2 bedroom there and it seemed like a nice place. She had a little patio area and they also have a pool.

I also think they are pet-friendly.

I know of another complex in Amityville that is decent but I am pretty sure they are 55 and over.
