Anyone take CLA or L carnitine?
I recently started seeing a nutritionist and am down 4 lbs. which is a good start for me! I asked her about supplements and these were the 2 she recommended. Just looking for advice/feedback. I am clueless about it! I'll probably ask my doctor as well, thanks!

I take both - and 20 other supps
I work with a wellness doctor- if your regular doctor knows about either I would be shocked
both are great for fat burning- it's part of the plan that got my weight going down after some health issues- that my regular doctor didn't want to help with

I'm diabetic- type 1
hopefully your doctor is smarter then my endo
if you want the name of my wellness doc I would be happy to share him- even if you meet with him once - he spent 2 hours with me the first time and really helped me
I told my endo I went vegan- and he told me to drink milk- so I needed to find someone that understood nutrion
dairy is terrible for blood sugar- yet my endo didn't understand this- part of my issue with western medicine today- i could go on and on

CLA increased my heartrate way too much & that is common with it. I'd try other supplements first.
