Boys 1st Birthday Themes
If you had one, what was/will be the theme of your boy's 1st birthday party? If you have pics and don't mind sharing, please post

I did a sailboat theme. I had a candy table in lieu of favors and I had an arts and craft station set up for the kids. I made sailboat hats out of newspaper for the kids to decorate with glitter and foam stickers, and I ordered these beach scenes from Oriental Trading for the kids to put together. It kept them occupied before the entertainment showed up.
You can kind of see the candy table I put together here... my DH thought he should get abstract pics instead of actual pics of my hard work 
I ordered his shirt and hat from Etsy

We didnt have a party other than a few people over the house but I did pirates.
I made a pirate cake and he had a #1 pirate shirt and a few pirate balloons. Image Attachment(s):

Boys 1st Birthday Themes
We did Lil Rebel. Did his first pics with a Harley jacket and jeans. Adorable. He's a preemie and does everything since on his own time table so it made sense. Made my own smash cake and ordered invites from Etsy. The rest of the decor I found online.

We did a baseball theme. I bought the baseball birthday package from a vendor on Etsy. We made a concession stand for food and had team t-shirts made up for our family. We gave away bats and balls to the kids.

I was racking my brain. I wanted something that DS loved. But all he was into at 10-11 mos was his silly turtle thermometer for the bath. So we did a turtle theme! It was really cute. It was Turtlely Awesome!
