runners-bruise under toenail
I dropped something on my big toe this morning and bruised it BADLY...I actually thought it was broken, but it feels a little better now, and I can wiggle it, so I think it's just a bruise. Has anyone ever done this, and how long before you could run again?

Did this not too long ago, and the nail fell off within a week, and it was comfortable (enough) to run again. Feel better!

I haven't tried to run. It hurts to walk. Today is the first day I wore shoes (I have been wearing crocs). It feels better than it did Tuesday though, so I'm hoping a few more days.
