Re: Nissan Rogue

I went to smithtown nissan.
the trunk space is ok. Ive had bigger. I feel like the top sides curve so something with height may be difficult.

Re: Nissan Rogue

People complain that the CVT is annoying...does that bother anyone?

It's a decent size. I had a pathfinder and I wanted something a little smaller.

Re: Nissan Rogue

We have one and we love it. We have a convertible carseat and an infant carseat in the backseat. There could be room for a third carseat if it wasn't bulky. The trunk space isn't bad. We have a double stroller in it and always have room for anything else we need to put in it. It rides super smooth.

we borrowed my mother's Rogue for a trip since our accord would have been too small with teh stroller, pack and play, and other stuff.

Overall there is a lot to like. However, my wife, if she wasn't driving, was feeling carsick as a passanger. I think it was the CVT, or possibly the small wheelbase SUV.

Overall, It was manuverable, I liked the back up camera, IPOD interface etc. seemed like the SV trim level was a good value. the space in the back is definately limited, probably smallest in its class, but better than a sedan in a lot of respects.

I'd never get one due to teh wife carsick issue, but it seems very well priced with the incentives etc. It definately felt nicer than some of the stripped down SUVs at its price level.. Although the current CRV does look nice too.

I have one and of course love it. I didn't go to a dealer I found it on Craigslist. It's small enough to fit most parking spaces, plenty of trunk space for me and of course great on gas.

My mom had a rogue. For comparison I have a saturn vue. I found the rogue to be considerably smaller. I was uncomfortable driving it due to how cramped I felt coming from my car. And the trunk was very small. I had a hard time fitting moms wheelchair in there. Couldn't imagine anything else.

Re: Nissan Rogue

I'm on my 2nd rogue and I really like it. I didn't want a big SUV so the rogue is fine for what I need. I have one car seat in the back and it is a tight squeeze if I had a passenger there. I definitely would not be able to take a long ride because it is pretty cramped with the car seat. Other than that I do really like the car, obviously or or I wouldn't be on my 2nd one.

I would get a base model murano before a rogue. You can likely get into a simple murano rather then a loaded rogue for similar prices. I just turned my murano in and loved it, but went with VW this time
