yes - i've watched that and hungry for change recently...bought a juicer right away and have juiced everyday since....it's amazing how good you feel knowing you are enriching your body with "real" food. i'm doing the 3 day detox now using jason vale's plan. so far, all of the juice/smoothies have been yummy. the only thing i miss is warm food b/c it's so cold outside...otherwise i feel satiated

I have been juicing for about 3 months but just breakfast. I usually have spinach/kale mix, cucumbers carrots, celery, a small apple, some blueberries and flax seed or chia seeds. I love it...but I think I may do a detox this week. I will def check out jason vales plan or dr oz has a good one too...I need to drop a few pounds I feel gross lately

when i first got it, i juiced 7 days straight. felt great.
now i juice for breakfast.
a ton of bok choy since it is high in calcium since i avoid dairy
i learned a ton from fat sick nearly dead...
but that line in hunrgy for change sunk in-why juice, why not eat?
i don't know, why dont we eat vegetables?

I have amazon prime, I watched it on the roku but yes, its a documentary of a very unhealthy Australian man and he shows how doing a 60 day juice fast/diet turned his whole life around. he then helps others, its very interesting.

I have a juicer but usually make smoothies instead. I have one almost everyday for breakfast and a couple days for lunch as well. I never liked vegtables but I'm really trying. I hardly even taste the Kale and spinach anymore. I have so much energy.
